is with the same care and commitment we bring to our growing, harvesting,
and milling practices that we approach the bottling and labeling
of our product. Our distinctly-shaped square bottle was hand-picked
from an Italian maker by
Nan McEvoy for its classic beauty and design.
To ensure absolute freshness, our olive oil is bottled to order from our storage
tanks using an automatic filler, the bottles are then made air-tight with a cork
and secured with twine and a red wax seal.

You may notice a seal from the California Olive Oil Council on our bottles. This is to certify that our oil qualifies as extra virgin under their rigorous standards.
