THE EVENING STANDARD

Pinot noir

In honor of Nan McEvoy's family history in publishing and daring flair for innovation, our Pinot noir is crafted to set a new standard. Variable coastal fog tempered with moderate afternoon sun give this delicate varietal optimal conditions for slow, balanced growth and concentrated fruit flavors.

The 2011 Evening Standard is an elegant wine, antique ruby in color with a satiny texture and medium body. With aromas of warm spice, violets and rose and flavors of cherry, rhubarb, cranberry and quince, this Pinot noir is supple, complex and juicy...the perfect companion to a well-told story. Enjoy for the next 5-8 years.
