glassesOur 2010 McEvoy Ranch Estate Pinot noir made its public debut over the weekend at the 9th Annual Marin County Wine Celebration.bldg Tucked inside the beautiful, historic Escalle Winery in Larkspur, where Pre-Prohibition San Franciscans flocked in droves for their wine, modern-day enthusiasts, vinters, and growers came together to celebrate a century's-old Marin County tradition. Showcasing small-lot wines that reflect the unique terroir and entrepreneurial spirit of the community, the event offered a spectrum of delicious interpretations of our locally grown fruit, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. Our Winemaker, Margaret Koski-Kent, and Assistant Winemaker, Blake Yarger, were both on hand pouring tastes and sharing production notes of our inaugural release, which we plan to make available to the public this summer.MKK IMG_1978The event was a benefit for Marin Agricultural Land Trust (M.A.L.T.) and Devil's GulchEducational Services. Other participating wineries included Bailiwick Wines, Burning Bench Cellars, Couloir Wines, DeLoach Vineyards, Dept. C Wines, Dutton-Goldfield Winery, Easkoot Cellars, Kendric Vineyards, Pacheco Ranch Winery, Pey-Marin Vineyards, Point Reyes Vineyards, Sean Thackery, SkyWalker Ranch and West Wind Wines To learn more about our upcoming winery releases, join our email newsletter.
