Alexandra Devarenne is the author of Olive Oil: A Field Guide and is co-founder of the Extra Virgin Alliance, a non-profit trade association representing producers of genuine extra virgin olive oil from around the world. Alexandra divides her time consulting for private olive oil producing clients around the world and educational and promotional efforts on behalf of the industry. We’re very fortunate to have the benefit of Alexandra’s expertise with this workshop, and we’re happy to be able to share it with you. It’s about a half hour, so settle in and learn the ins and outs of how olive oil is grown, made and evaluated in this informative session.
