serves 1; if you are making this drink for a gathering, simply mix more water & jelly in this ratio
1 1/2 Tbsp. jelly
1 C. soda water
squeeze of Meyer lemon juice
Combine the jelly, water and Meyer lemon juice; stir vigorously with a spoon or small whisk. Pour the spritzer into a glass (or empty McEvoy Ranch jam jar!) filled with ice. The jelly will dissolve into a slightly sweet apple lavender fizz accented by the delicate slices of apple which remain intact after mixing.
For a little added beauty, rim the glass with AllStar Organics Lavender Sugar or make floral ice cubes by picking up one of our edible bouquets at the Ferry Building. Pluck flower heads or petals into an ice cube tray, add water and freeze.Enjoy!
