For those of you who have been pining after a nice zesty & tart Lisbon lemon, you will be happy to know that they will be arriving in the shop tomorrow along with their relative the Meyer lemon. With so much attention on the Meyer as of late, don't underestimate the power of the Lisbon. With a thick rind, it is excellent for zest, but also quite refreshing when simply juiced into lemonade, perhaps with some of our spearmint muddled into the mix! -SNOW CROWN CAULIFLOWER -ALCOSA SAVOY CABBAGE -FAVA BEANSfftr-images-0572 -ASPARAGUS -FENNEL -ITALIAN GREEN & PURPLE BABY ARTICHOKES -TUSCAN/DINO KALE -RED RUSSIAN KALE -RED RIB DANDELION GREENS -SOREL -ASSORTED LETTUCES -SPINACH -MEYER LEMONS -LISBON LEMONS (They're back!) -RHUBARB -FRESH HERB BUNCHES (Bay, Rosemary, Oregano) -SPEARMINT BUNCHES fftr-images-0731-SWEET PEAS -LARKSPUR BOUQUETS -MIXED BOUQUETS -MATILLA POPPIES, GLADIOLAS, & BEARDED IRIS (The season is winding down, so supplies on the iris are limited.) -POTTED VIOLAS, AMARYLLIS, & PENSTEMON -PEPPER STARTS For the past few weeks our island in the shop has been overflowing with beautiful heirloom tomato starts from the ranch.
