McEvoy Oven Fries

We love, love, love hearing how customers use the oil. Dipping with bread is obvious, but it's only the beginning... One of our regular Ferry Building shop customers shared this recipe with us recently via her blog, Girl on a Bike. Whether you pair them with a McEvoy aioli like I'd be inclined to do, or enjoy them simply with the pretty little flecks of red sea salt, this recipe looks like a no-fail tasty treat. Recipe for Andrea’s Baked Fries
  1. Two large organic potatoes, washed and sliced into long thin strip.
  2. One tablespoon McEvoy Ranch Certified Organic Estate Olive Oil.
  3. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Organic black pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Mix all ingredients in bowl and spread evenly on a baking sheet ( I use non-stick).
  6. Bake about 45 minutes, turning 2-3 times to prevent burning.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
