Each year CUESA puts together an extravagant fundraising event to benefit their dedicated work in educating eaters and supporting local farmers. They bring together local farmers, artisans and foodies for a reception full of seasonal hors d'oeuvres and refreshing elixirs, followed by an intimate five-course feast.
This year, the supper was completely sold out, and according to Christine Farren, CUESA's administrative and events director, they surpassed all of their fundraising goals! Job well done.
