I have family members who live on islands. One on Oahu and another on a small island in the San Juans in Washington state. Think Covid-19 and supply chain and realize how fortunate we are to live in Northern California - not on an island. There are many new heroes in our current circumstances. Thanks to folks in the supply chain who have stepped up - truckers, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers to name a few - we have access to healthy and delicious food to get us through this crisis.
