We have an opening for a part-time position, providing housekeeping to clean and maintain the interior of a private residence as well as company buildings. This position will work approximately 20 hours Monday through Friday. All cleaning products and equipment are provided on-site. Days and times may be flexible and the pay is $18.00 per hour.

The position is eligible for company benefits after approximately two months, which include prorated PTO (paid vacation and sick time), paid holidays, health benefits (medical and dental), and a 401(k) plan. We offer a beautiful working environment.


  • Clean and maintain the interior of buildings, kitchens, storage, laundry, offices, break rooms and bathrooms as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
  • Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy; replenish supplies such as linens.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
  • Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
  • Empty wastebaskets; transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Assists with the preparation and cleanup of special events on occasion.
  • Perform duties with reliability, punctuality and thoroughness.


  • Two years of related experience as a housekeeper for private households or commercial establishments
  • Use equipment including, carpet steamers, washing machines, backpack vacuums, industrial vacuum cleaners, standing HEPA vacuums, tile brushes and dish washers.
  • English fluency
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with regarding to cleaning

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged physical activity required including standing, balancing, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and walking on uneven ground.
  • Vision abilities required to closely inspect cleanliness of surroundings.
  • Frequent stretching, twisting or reaching with the body using arms and/or legs.
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Works frequently in varying temperatures and inclement weather while traveling from building to building.
  • May use protective equipment such as rubber gloves and dust masks.

Upon offer of employment, we will require a fitness-for-duty physical and drug testing prior to your start work, as well as a full background check. We will require a two to three day trial paid trial period.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - Ukiah

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods, assigning lot codes, packing and shipping of wholesale customer orders, and shipments to vendors. Responsible for counting and recording merchandise to assure accuracy of shipment and receipts; maintaining paperwork and records of shipping and receiving activities. This is a full-time position at our Ukiah location, working 4-10’s: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment. Check items to be shipped against packing lists to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
  • Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability. Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming.
  • Maintain supplies for and cleanliness of shipping; ensures accurate supplies are in stock.
  • Receives and unloads incoming materials and supplies; comparing information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment. Report damages and discrepancies to request reimbursement or obtain replacement shipment. Inform supervisor of damage or discrepancies. May process return shipments from customers.
  • Conduct sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory, which is shipped or received.
  • Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents.
  • Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records
  • Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate company vehicle to deliver shipments.
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or inspection control standards.
  • Work with Production Supervisor to provide feedback regarding improving efficiency in shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • Two years shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse production environment. High school diploma or GED.
  • Forklift Certified preferred; must be able/willing to operate forklift and pallet jacket.
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel, internet use and ability to accurately enter data into and create basic spreadsheets on Excel. Inventory Software preferred; experience with UPS, FedEx, and USPS software preferred. Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of skill in organizing projects; record keeping skills. Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to bring energy to the performance of a task. Demonstrate skills in time management and working with tight deadlines. High level of skill in quality control and sanitation standards

Physical Demands

Physical activity required including standing, sitting, bending, reach both outward & above, lifting and walking on concrete floors for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally may have to squat, kneel, or climb. Lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Works around hazardous materials and equipment. Frequent use of hand and wrist motions. Must be able to use senses; vision, sound, smell and touch. Ability to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to work around various natural odors (lemon, lavender, etc.). Frequently handling and fingering of items and on a computer keyboard.
