We love the combination of fresh artichokes, olive oil, capers, and lemon juice in this bruschetta.

Breakfast: Mix it with eggs and pop it in the oven for an instant and delicious frittata.

Lunch: Mix it with fresh pappardelle pasta and shaved Parmesan.

Dinner: An excellent topping for Petrale Sole.

Our favorite? Spread on a baguette or cracker with a chilled glass of McEvoy Ranch 2018 Bonfiglio. Quick, easy, delicious.

    Since we shipped the box of treats to someone else, I don’t know exactly how everything tasted. But I’m sure it was just as delicious as the olive oil I’ve used. The recipient was thrilled with gift, and we were thrilled with how easy ordering it was.

    This was great with pumpernickel and smoked salmon! When I got to the last bit I mixed with some mayo and spread inside toasted cheese sandwiches. Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

    A very delightful and health snack in combination with a great wine makes this an amazing experience for anyone; I highly recommend as a dip with your favorite chips or crackers. One jar goes pretty fast...

    My only regret is not buying more!

    Seriously love this bruschetta! It's a great snack with crackers or bread. I also love adding a spoonful on top of my salad or pasta.
