Our 2017 vintage of Rosebud Rosé has a Provençal feel to it with Grenache (63%) adding strawberry and floral notes and the Syrah (37%,) a bit of spice.
Made from organically-farmed grapes from Eaglepoint Ranch in Mendocino County. The vineyard is perched at an elevation of 1800 feet above Ukiah Valley with mountain soil that is moderately fertile decomposed sandstone with timber red loams. This challenges the vines and the grape clusters that develop have an intense flavor concentration.
On the nose, you'll be greeted by citrus skins, flowers, and minerality. This dry Rosé has flavors of wild strawberries, white peach, Anjou pear, and grapefruit, plus hints of raw ginger and spice at the finish. Balanced with gripping acidity that definitely pleases.
Kick up your heels and relax with this versatile Rosé!

I am not a wine connoisseur, but I truly loved each bottle! I live on the coast and eat a lot of seafood. A perfect compliment. We also enjoyed sharing a glass anytime! The wine was light with a hint of grapefruit. Not too sweet, perfect.
