Donation Policy

Since the time of its establishment in 1990, McEvoy Ranch has maintained a strong commitment to supporting the local community by contributing to organizations such as:


Consideration is given to non-profit organizations in the Bay Area with a 501c status related to:

  • Agriculture
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Food/Cooking

Donation Options

To better serve our ever-increasing requests, we offer two donation options.

  • 10% Fund - McEvoy Ranch donates 10% of our Public Tour admission charges as monetary donations twice a year (June 1st and December 1st). Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the distribution date to be considered.
  • Product Donation - Products from McEvoy Ranch can be requested for donation, but are subject to availability. Please submit your product donation request at least one month prior to your event date.

You will be contacted only if your organization has been selected. If your organization is not contacted, you are welcome to re-apply.

How to Apply

  • Complete the Donation Request Form including an official letter stating why McEvoy should donate to your oganization. At the time of submitting, you may also upload any other documents you wish to include with your application.
