I’d like to say this is great, but it has still not arrived at its destination, even though it was ordered a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully tomorrow?
My customer experience: 1) I will try never to purchase from you again because of your poor customer service. 2) in today’s online world, it should not take nearly two weeks from purchase to delivery / in hand. 3) your online site is old and not user friendly. 4) your customer service needs to return calls in a timely way—that means on weekends too! A customer should not have to wait 3-4 days for a callback. I have left a very negative review on Yelp and noticed when I read other negative reviews that you never respond. Seriously?!? It is expensive to acquire a customer and most companies work to keep them—you simply don’t care.
I use them all the time. The small bonus bottle was leaking from the plastic around the cap. Not sure if the cap was loose.
Let me say this. I have been purchasing a lot of your olive oils. My family loves them and out of defense for all my olive oil flavors from your company I have been buying more to send home with our adult children because they love them too. Secretly I am trying to find out which oils each child loves the most so I can buy them as gifts for their Christmas baskets. Yes they are adults but they are still our children and their baskets are full of adult goodies.Love your oils.
Very much like the idea of the gift sets. Love using the lemon oil with seafood and virtually any dish where you might enjoy a touch of lemon; it never overpowers. I use the traditional oil in cooking.
