Our inaugural Chai Spice Olive Oil is a blend like no other. A complex, deeply flavored blend that doesn’t overpower the early-harvest olive oil flavor. Made using the Agrumato Method by milling an inaugural Chai Spice blend with  7 varieties of early-harvest Italian olives.

The dominant spice notes are ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon. Supporting flavors are nutmeg, allspice, clove, and black and pink peppercorns. The combined layers of flavor create a richly warming olive oil that is uniquely satisfying.
