Fiery and bright, this year’s estate-produced Jalapeño Olive Oil packs a punch. Fresh, organic jalapeños are milled with early harvest olives using the Agrumato Method to create an olive oil with grassy, jalapeño notes and a lingering heat perfect for fish tacos or drizzled in a margarita. Use it in a marinade for spicy, green, earthy flavor or for added zest, blend with our Lemon Olive Oil to elevate your guacamole or red bean chili. Milled with a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino olives.
