A complex and beautifully balanced blend of 7 Italian varieties grown on our California Ranch - Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio del Corno. The most prominent flavors in this year's oil are sweet almond, artichoke, and lemon with pungent aromas of fresh cut grass and tomato leaf. This oil has range from the everyday cook to professional chefs alike. Drizzle over a light salad and bitter greens or use for dipping with fresh crab.
