This 2022 harvest is a blend of our Moraiolo and Coratina olive varieties giving this year’s Limited Edition a complex flavor profile featuring arugula and dandelion alongside a slight chili pepper finish. This is the perfect finishing oil for salads, soups, stews, and steaks.
You'll receive our Limited Edition EVOO in a keepsake box. Unless the bottle is on the table being used, we recommend you keep it in this box to protect the olive oil from UV degradation.
