We followed the traditional Agrumato method of simultaneously crushing olives with our organically-grown rosemary to create a rustic, yet elegant, olive oil that is herbaceous and grassy, with hints of green apple and a touch of savory rosemary. Stone milled, this 2019 harvest Rosemary olive oil is intensely aromatic.

  • Enhance roasted potatoes and vegetables
  • Drizzle over a lemon ricotta ravioli or gnocchi

  • Blend with our Lemon Olive Oil to make incredible croutons

    Olive oil as it should be

    I recently saw a film on olive oil and it educated me on what good olive oil is. McEvoy was listed by name as one of the good ones. Taste tells all!!!

    While the oil is great it had leaked all over the packaging when I opened the box. It was not packed or sealed well.

    I use it every day in all favorite dishes

    Just the right amount of Rosemary is crushed with the olive oil. It's not overpowering; it includes a beautiful touch of Rosemary in my favorite dishes. I use it for cooking chicken breast, fish, and love it over roasted potatoes. I drizzle it on top of asparagus and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. DELICIOUS. My favorite new find is I mix it with the Lavender Olive Oil and plain yogurt and honey to make the most luxurious face mask once a week. My skin feels five years younger, and the aroma relaxes me after a long day.
