Our 2020 Harvest Certified Organic, estate-produced Jalapeño Olive Oil is subtly spicy and deeply flavorful. All of our Agrumato olives oils are made using the Agrumato method where we simultaneously crush our estate olives and whole certified organic jalapeños together for exceptional flavor and crisp freshness. With aromas of green olive and fresh jalapeño pepper, this olive oil pairs perfectly with fish tacos, frittata, scalloped potatoes, dal, or fresh salsa to add depth and spice.
