Our McEvoy Pinot Noir vinegar is a step up from the every day red wine vinegar. Aged in different size barrels it adds the robust characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape.

Try it mixed with our award-winning Traditional Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an incredible salad or bring out all the flavors of your grilled meats with this fantastic marinade. 

  • 1/4 cup McEvoy Ranch Pinot Noir Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup McEvoy Ranch Traditional Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (or granulated onion)
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)

    I'm on bottle number three!! I keep it on the table with one of the McEvoy pourers and dress my salad with it. Much healthier than the store bought dressings.
