We followed the traditional Agrumato method of simultaneously milling olives with fresh rosemary to create a rustic, yet elegant olive oil with a deep, earthy, rich rosemary aroma. The flavor is savory, herbaceous, warm and full. This year's release is very well balanced as the herbal depth of the rosemary balances the bright bitterness of the olives.
