I enjoy this olive oil very much. I use it in cooking and in salads. It imparts a mild rosemary flavor which I like.
Rosemary Olive Oil
I love cooking with Rosemary Olive Oil from McEvoy Ranch. It is healthy, organically pure, and it gives the dishes I prepare a wonderful savory flavor, especially when used in my famous Pot Roast and sheet pan veggies. I just pour a little over the vegetables and toss all the ingredients and herbs together; Wala, you have the easiest and tastiest side dish; better than any restaurant can serve, in my opinion. McEvoy's Rosemary Olive Oil is a must-try.

Lots of flavor and fragrances
This flavorful oil, with the rosemary fragrance, is my favorite. I don’t use it for cooking as it would be a shame to waste all the subtle perfumes and flavors. I love it in salads or over already cooked dishes (veggies, soups, fish...). And just dipping good bread in it is delicious.

Olive oil as it should be
I recently saw a film on olive oil and it educated me on what good olive oil is. McEvoy was listed by name as one of the good ones. Taste tells all!!!
While the oil is great it had leaked all over the packaging when I opened the box. It was not packed or sealed well.
The flavor of this olive oil is amazing, great for dipping fresh baguette and on avocado toast!
I use it every day in all favorite dishes
Just the right amount of Rosemary is crushed with the olive oil. It's not overpowering; it includes a beautiful touch of Rosemary in my favorite dishes. I use it for cooking chicken breast, fish, and love it over roasted potatoes. I drizzle it on top of asparagus and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. DELICIOUS. My favorite new find is I mix it with the Lavender Olive Oil and plain yogurt and honey to make the most luxurious face mask once a week. My skin feels five years younger, and the aroma relaxes me after a long day.
