Our 2019 Evening Standard is made with approximately 35% wine from Azaya Vineyard and 65% from McEvoy Ranch, both located in the Petaluma Gap and just a few miles apart. This wine opens with notes of spicy dark fruits and soft tannins. The 2019 Pinot Noirs are less plush and fruity than their 2018 counterparts, giving just enough grip on the palate to keep things interesting. Aged in neutral French Oak puncheons for 10 months.
