    Date: Saturday, November 17th
    Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Cost: $185 General | $157 Social Club Members
    Location: McEvoy Ranch

Join us for a bespoke experience at McEvoy Ranch where you will have the opportunity to harvest, mill, and bottle your own Olio Nuovo – the season’s newest olive oil. Enjoy a scrumptious sit-down lunch after with fellow participants with a meal designed by McEvoy Ranch’s Chef, Mark Rohrmeier, that highlights the unique flavor profile of Olio Nuovo and other seasonal foods.

Here’s what to expect during this not-to-be-missed experience:

    -  Start the day with an orchard walking tour, including a short, hands-on demonstration of harvesting olives. You’ll be taught how to harvest your own olives to be made into oil specially milled that day.
    -  You’ll then have a tour of our Frantoio olive mill, and oversee the milling of your oil. Experience every step of this ultra-premium process, from bringing the olives into the mill, inspection and sorting, to the actual milling and filling of your own bottle to take home.
    -  Partake in a guided, comparative tasting of the 2018 harvest Olio Nuovo, side-by-side with last year’s. Examine the differences and gain new insights into what makes Olio Nuovo so fresh and lively.
    -  Enjoy the fruits of your labor! Sit down with fellow event participants to an elegant farm-to-table luncheon with a menu designed by the Ranch Chef to accentuate the freshly milled Olio Nuovo and other seasonal produce. Lunch will be accompanied by fine wines from McEvoy Ranch.
    -  Finally, take home your own Olio Nuovo, specially bottled for you to enjoy.

Note: given that part of this experience is outdoors on uneven terrain, please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and dress for the season.

We love our pets, too, but unfortunately, with the exception of service dogs, they have to stay at home.

The local wildlife has been known to greet arriving guests—look out for wild turkeys, deer, foxes and jackrabbits (to name a few) from the lower gate all the way up to the Ranch. Please drive slowly (15 mph) after you turn off the main road.

The Ranch is the McEvoy family's private residence, so please stay with your group during your visit.

McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for injuries to visitors. Attendance and participation are at your own discretion.

Cancellations made up to 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund. Please contact visit@mcevoyranch.com or call 707.769.4138 if your plans change.
