This tartine is a showcase how well the seasonal McEvoy Ranch Olio Nuovo compliments fresh seafood. Try the recipe with our local Dungeness crab, as well. Indulge and enjoy! Pour yourself a glass of Chardonnay for a perfect pair with the Tartine!



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss shrimp with dill, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. Olio Nuovo and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Grill or toast bread.

  3. Divide 2 Tbsp. Olio Nuovo and drizzle on bread while still warm.

  4. Top with shrimp mixture.

  5. Drizzle remaining 2 Tbsp. Olio Nuovo on top of shrimp tartines.

  6. Serve with lemon wedge.
