Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp finely grated ginger

Drizzle of sesame oil
Instructions
Combine purple cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, cilantro, and shredded chicken in a large bowl and toss to mix
Drizzle salad with the ginger-turmeric dressing and mix until fully coated
Garnish with sesame seeds, wonton crisps, and a squeeze of lime before serving
