Once your package leaves McEvoy Ranch's fulfillment center until it is delivered to your address, shipping liabilities are with USPS or FedEx. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS or FedEx, packages become the customer's responsibility, and McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for missing packages.
