Meyer Lemon Marmalade
McEvoy Ranch Meyer Lemon Marmalade is made from our estate-grown Meyer lemons, cane sugar, and pure water cooked only long enough to draw the natural pectin from the fruit. The resulting marmalade of 8.4 ounces in the jar is light in texture, has a sprightly lemon flavor, and is well balanced with sweetness. Try some on scones, biscuits, toast, pancakes, and even ice cream. Use it to add zing to vinaigrettes and marinades. Brush it on grilled rosemary chicken during the last moments on the grill. As this is a seasonal item, supplies may be limited.
