Ingredients

1 cup McEvoy Ranch Champagne Vinegar

½ cup honey

2 ripe pears, sliced

Sparkling water, for serving

Ice
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine Champagne Vinegar, honey, and sliced pears.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook until the pears are soft.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, pour a small amount of shrub over ice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
