2022 Evening Standard Pinot Noir

The 2022 Evening Standard Pinot Noir captures the Petaluma Gap’s signature balance of freshness and depth. This vintage is a blend of three distinctive vineyards: Griffin's Lair brings lifted aromatics and elegance, Azaya offers concentrated red fruit, and Kendric delivers a fuller body and texture.

The growing season’s cool start kept acidity vibrant, while steady ripening into September developed complex flavors. On the nose, ripe raspberry and strawberry mingle with hints of baking spice and tea leaf. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, with gentle tannins and a refreshing finish that makes it an easy companion to a wide range of dishes—from roasted poultry to charcuterie.

Continuing the Postcards from the Ranch theme, this label reflects the calm beauty of the view from our Tasting Room toward the oak-dotted hills of Petaluma Gap wine country.
