Ingredients

2 oz. gin

1/2 oz. orange liquor such as Cointreau

1 oz. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or paste

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1 egg white
-
1/2 oz. McEvoy Ranch Lemon Olive Oil

Ice
Instructions
Combine gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, vanilla, and simple syrup and set aside.
Fill cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
Add egg white and olive oil.
Shake at least 200 times - seriously! This is what creates that silky foam. Don't cheat!
Add gin mixture and shake until combined - about 20 seconds.
Strain into a flute or rocks glass.
