½ tsp McEvoy Ranch Ginger Turmeric Olive Oil

¾ oz Honey Syrup

2 oz aged rum or bourbon

½ oz fresh lemon juice

Smoked thyme sprig for garnish
Instructions
Lightly torch a sprig of thyme and place it in the serving glass to fill the glass with aromatic smoke. Invert the glass briefly to trap the scent, then remove the thyme.
In a cocktail shaker, combine Honey Syrup, McEvoy Ranch Ginger Turmeric Olive Oil, rum (or bourbon), and lemon juice.
Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and emulsified.
Double strain into the smoked glass.
Garnish with the smoked thyme sprig and enjoy the aroma as you sip.
