
These delicious Keto-friendly bagels have the perfect flavor thanks to our Agrumato Method olive oils!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 (o) (put the degree symbol here)F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. 
- In a small bowl, add the instant yeast, coconut sugar, and warm water and stir well. Set aside in warm location and cover with a towel, about 5-10 minutes. 
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the beef gelatin and boiling water (must be boiling). 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder and set aside. 
- In a large microwave-safe bowl (recommend shallow bowl for better melting), add mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 60 seconds and then give it a stir, and continuing microwaving in 20-second increments until the cheese is fully melted and combined when stirred. This will vary depending on the strength of your microwave. Cheese should be fully melted, but not brown/burned on the edges. 
- Stir the yeast mixture and dissolved gelatin into the melted cheese until fully combined, then stir in the beaten egg. Stir in the almond flour 1Ž4 cup at a time until it is fully combined. 
- Oil your hands with McEvoy Ranch Rosemary or Basil olive oil and knead the dough a couple of times until it comes together as a ball. 
- Divide the dough into six equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and twist and attach the ends to make a bagel shape with a hole in the middle. The opening in the center should be around 1 1Ž2 “ in diameter. 
- Arrange the bagels on the prepared baking tray. Lightly brush the tops with McEvoy Ranch Rosemary or Basil olive oil and sprinkle on the Everything Bagel Seasoning. 
- Bake until golden on the bottom, about 15 minutes (depending on your oven). Make sure that the oven is fully heated and don’t open the door until done. 
- Tip: The bagels will not rise as tall as regular bagels, but are still delicious when thinly sliced and toasted (recommend broil or toaster oven over a toaster) and smeared with your favorite cream cheese or avocado! Enjoy!
