Our core ODE products come in four scents, each designed to evoke the natural scents of the Ranch (the story behind ODE).

• Unscented: Our Unscented Collection is fragrance-free with all the hydrating, nourishing skin benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for those who have sensitive skin or prefer to layer with their own fragrance.
• Lavender: Distinct and calming lavender pairs beautifully with notes of jasmine, tuberose, and sandalwood to create an uplifting, modern blend to support peace and wellbeing.
• Citrus: Energize your senses with uplifting notes of orange citrus and spicy ginger blended with earthy vetiver for a bright, warm feeling; a modern twist on a classic scent.
• Verde: Fresh cut grass is layered with notes of herbaceous basil, green olive, and ripe tomato leaf, giving our signature scent the distinct and uplifting feeling of the outdoors.

Oprah Daily named our Body Oil in Verde the Most Transporting Scent in its 2024 Bath O-Wards. To try all four, start with the Hand & Body Lotion Discovery Set, a set of four On-the-Go Lotions. Prefer something herbaceous? Our Herb Garden collection blends clary sage and rosemary essential oils.

Olive oil has a long history in Mediterranean body care, and fresh, early harvest extra virgin olive oil brings qualities that make it especially well suited to lotions, balms, and washes (more on olive oil for skin).

• Natural Squalene: A plant-based compound that hydrates by mimicking the skin's own natural sebum.
• Antioxidant Polyphenols: Naturally present in fresh extra virgin olive oil, and highest in early harvest oil like ours.
• A Gentle Cleanse: In our washes, olive oil lifts away dirt without stripping the skin of moisture.
• Lightweight Hydration: Our formulas absorb quickly and leave skin soft, with no oily residue.
• ODE products are cosmetics and are not intended to treat any skin condition.

ODE packaging is built from aluminum tubes, glass bottles, and bamboo caps, which reduced our plastic packaging by 90%. Reusable pumps are sold separately to reduce landfill waste.

Growler refills are available in every scent for our Hand & Body Wash and Hand & Body Lotion. Each growler refills a standard bottle 8 times.

What is ODE?

ODE is McEvoy Ranch's own line of olive oil body care and skin care, built around the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil we grow on our ranch in Petaluma, California.

Which scent is best for sensitive skin?

Our Unscented collection is fragrance-free and made for sensitive skin. As with any new product, try it on a small area first.

What is the difference between the lotion, body oil, body butter, and balm?

Hand & Body Lotion is our lightweight everyday moisturizer. Body Oil is a lightweight body oil that absorbs quickly. Whipped Body Butter adds organic shea and cocoa butter for richer hydration. Olive Oil Body Balm is our most concentrated formula, made with 78% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dry areas.

Do you offer hand soap and lotion sets?

Where are ODE products made?

Our formulas are made in California with ethical and eco-friendly partners, using olive oil from our ranch in Petaluma.
