This Artichoke & Almond Tapenade is crafted with peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh artichokes, zesty lemon, tangy capers, sharp Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped almonds. A Mediterranean twist on a provençal spread, we love slathering a spoonful on just about anything.
- Combine with goat cheese and use as a stuffing for mushrooms, a topping for crackers, or a spread for sandwiches. This is great mixed with pasta as well.
