The historic Pacheco Ranch Vineyard was first planted in 1840. It is one of the few locations where oak, redwood, and palm trees cohabitate and our label illustration depicts this.
Our winemaking practices are aimed at letting the vineyard and the vines speak for themselves. The aromatics are classically Cabernet Sauvignon, with notes of cassis, bay leaf, graphite and cigar box. The tannins, while present, are soft and ripe.
