Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer pumpkin cake pieces, pumpkin cheesecake mixture, and whipped cream.
Repeat layers until the glass is full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or extra crumbled cake for texture, and serve immediately.
