Ingredients

  • ½ tsp McEvoy Ranch Chai Spice Olive Oil 

  • Pumpkin cake, cut into bite-sized pieces 

  • Vanilla bean whipped cream 

  • Pumpkin spiced cheesecake

  • Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée

  • ½ cup confectioners sugar

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 

  2. In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer pumpkin cake pieces, pumpkin cheesecake mixture, and whipped cream. 

  3. Repeat layers until the glass is full, finishing with whipped cream on top. 

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or extra crumbled cake for texture, and serve immediately.
