1–2 tablespoons McEvoy Ranch Organic Olio Nuovo

2 tablespoons McEvoy Ranch Orange Blossom Honey

1 orange

sea salt to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper

¼ cup pomegranate arils

4-5 sage leaves, finely sliced
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, whip ricotta with the juice of half an orange, McEvoy Ranch Orange Blossom Honey, a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth and airy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Spoon whipped ricotta onto a serving dish. Finish with a generous drizzle of Organic Olio Nuovo, scatter pomegranate arils over the top, and finish with sea salt
Serve with warm flatbread or toasted crostini
