This easy holiday appetizer comes together in minutes—creamy whipped ricotta topped with jewel-bright pomegranates and finished with a generous drizzle of fresh Organic Olio Nuovo.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor or blender, whip ricotta with the juice of half an orange, McEvoy Ranch Orange Blossom Honey, a pinch of salt and black pepper until smooth and airy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Spoon whipped ricotta onto a serving dish. Finish with a generous drizzle of Organic Olio Nuovo, scatter pomegranate arils over the top, and finish with sea salt
