Terms of Membership. By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

• The Gift Membership can be registered under only the gift-receiver email address, and this email address/account is the only one that may receive applicable member discounts.
• The commitment is to purchase three automatic allocations.
• You permit McEvoy Ranch to charge your credit card for each allocation at the time of release (three times per year).
• Gift-receiver may use the benefits of membership online and at the Ranch. To receive the benefits at the Ranch, the member must be present.
• Social Club membership benefits are not transferable. Members who wish to bring guests to the Ranch must accompany them to enjoy the benefits of the club.
• The Member is responsible for maintaining the account to keep information current (addresses, credit cards, etc.). Allocations are predetermined. No substitutions are allowed.
• Club discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
• McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for damage caused by fluctuations in temperature during or after shipment.
• Social Club Benefits and Terms of Membership are subject to change without notice, and exclusions may apply.
