Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  •  6 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

  • 1 - 10.5 oz. jar McEvoy Ranch Artichoke Lemon Bruschetta 

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup parmesan, shredded

  • 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients gently in a bowl

  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

  4. Serve with crostini, chips or crudites.
