Rooted in Italian tradition with a bold Californian approach. Our award-winning olive oils speak for themselves. Our 80 acres of olive orchards are painstakingly cared for by our Farming Manager Ria D’Aversa. We grow several Italian varieties on the Ranch including Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio del Corno. In some instances, our olive trees are interspersed with rows of grapevines for maximum utilization of the soil. We prune the olive canopies deeper in these blocks resulting in fruit that is more flavorful. All of our farming methods are in strict accordance with the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF)
