
This vegetable frittata offers a simple way to bring our 2025 Organic Olio Nuovo into everyday cooking. Eggs and seasonal vegetables create a neutral base, allowing the Olive Oil’s fresh character to stand out when added just before serving.
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk eggs with salt and black pepper. Heat Organic Olio Nuovo in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion until softened, then add vegetables and cook until just tender.
Pour eggs into the skillet and gently stir to distribute ingredients evenly. Sprinkle cheese across the surface.
Transfer to a 375°F oven and bake 12–15 minutes, until just set.
Finish with a light drizzle of Organic Olio Nuovo just before serving.
