Coratina olives are native to Puglia, Italy and are accustomed to its warm, balmy climate, so are the latest variety to ripen here at our Ranch in Petaluma. These olives offer sweet aromas of freshly sliced apples with fruity, herbaceous notes. A solid black pepper finish signals high amounts of healthy polyphenols and antioxidants in our Limited Edition Organic EVOO.
