This is the first year milling this incredible new flavor.Our herbaceous 2023 Harvest Thai Lime Olive Oil is created by crushing Makrut Lime Leaves and organic olives using the traditional Agrumato Method. Leafy aromas, earthy notes, and a grassy olive flavor are combined for a perfectly balanced, flavorful intensity that’s well-suited for Thai cuisine.

We suggest drizzling it over pad thai or coconut cilantro rice, whisking with garlic and brushing on naan bread, tossing it with chopped cabbage or citrus salads, or even stirring it into a chilled, grapefruit-based cocktail. 

With limited production and only 57 gallons produced, this is a unique experience with an exclusive flavor profile.
