Add a touch of elegance and a taste of Provence with our Certified Organic Herbes de Provence Olive Oil. Its floral, herbaceous flavors are reminiscent of walking through the herb garden behind the Country Kitchen on our Petaluma Ranch, plucking leaves and gathering fresh handfuls of herbs. An organic blend of basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, lavender, oregano, dried fennel seed, and savory are milled together with early-harvest olives using the traditional Agrumato Method to create the most flavorful olive oil possible. This year’s harvest is exceptionally complex and delicious with the addition of savory leaves.

We suggest adding a spoonful to a French omelet, a cheese and vegetable quiche, seared steak or pork with garlic cloves, creamy soups, or roasted almonds.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil. Organically farmed and milled right at our Ranch in Petaluma, California, these Italian olives are grown with utmost care.
