Our Certified Organic Lemon Olive Oil is created using the Agrumato Method by milling fresh, organic lemons and milling them with our early-harvest olives. This year’s harvest offers a freshly cut lemon scent with bright, peppery freshness and complex notes of lemon zest on the palate. It quickly and instantly elevates any dish tossed or drizzled over and is compatible with almost any meal.

We recommend pairing it with Mediterranean cuisine or fresh pasta dishes or adding it to a shortbread recipe for a zesty, lemony treat.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil. Organically farmed and milled right at our Ranch in Petaluma, California, these Italian olives are grown with utmost care.
