Our Certified Organic Rosemary Olive Oil is back by popular demand! This beloved, herbaceous olive oil carries bold, robust flavors of freshly plucked rosemary and pairs well with roasted meats and vegetables. Using the traditional Agrumato Method, early-harvest olives are combined with fresh rosemary in our traditional stone mill to create a fresh-off-the-plant, intensely delicious flavor.

Drizzle a spoonful over split pea or chicken noodle soup, toss with white butter beans, or add to a goat cheese quiche.

Estate-grown Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio Del Corno olives are milled together to create this flavorful olive oil. Organically farmed and milled right at our Ranch in Petaluma, California, these Italian olives are grown with utmost care.
